2 Would have been nice to have screen doorways for that patio doors so an individual could open them and listen to the ocean. The pictures in the home should be updated to match the assets, it is actually pretty run down and needs attention.
The house layout is nice. Surely needs some paint, repairing up in a couple of places and new furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no problems about the house. We liked the price of this house and didn’t count on a whole great deal.

It wasn't dirty, it had been well retained, and yet again the location was terrific. It could really profit from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen area. The fridge was wonderful, no troubles (I had seen issues claimed in other reviews). Matthew Posted: five/10/2024

3 This home is in decline. If you need easy entry to the beach, but Never mind an aged Red Roof Inn feel, that is what you will get here.

Former reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it is actually still not working. Therefore the house obtained loads of sand in it.

I did love you had 2 king beds that was nice. The coffee table was broken, 2 in the 3 plastic chairs outside ended up damaged. The house really could utilize a good power washing and that would make a big improvement for the deck. The house has so much potential it can be unfortunate to see it getting run down.
